Pluralistic Therapy, involves the use of a variety of therapy methods, for example, the CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) approach focuses on the present and how your behaviour (negative) can be unlearned and retrained into a positive behaviour. Talking Therapy, works by talking about your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. The goal is to help you understand what is going on for you in your life.  Only what you bring to the counselling sessions will be talked about, the aim or goal is to guide you to develop acceptance and coping mechanisms to help you to live your fullest life.

On the first session, we will complete a clinical assessment and working collaboratively we can formulate a plan for your therapy journey, this can and quite often changes as you progress.
